You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any original artwork without express written permission from the artist. Sharing images of the work online with proper credit is welcomed; commercial use is not.
Fan Art & Third-Party IP
Fan art pieces are inspired by characters, worlds, and properties owned by their respective copyright holders. D'Antoni Studio makes no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property depicted. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please contact us directly and we will respond promptly.
Prints & Shop
Fine art prints and postcard originals are sold through Etsy. All purchases, returns, and disputes for shop items are governed by Etsy's policies and the individual listing terms at the time of purchase.
Open-edition prints are produced on demand by Printful and fulfilled through Etsy. Printful's production and shipping policies apply to print orders.
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. Sales of originals are final unless the piece arrives damaged, in which case please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
Commissions
Custom commission terms are agreed upon individually before work begins. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. The finished work remains the intellectual property of Brittany D'Antoni; the client receives the physical piece and a license to display it privately. Commercial licensing is available — inquire before commissioning.
